چکیده
The spread of an infectious disease depends on intrinsic properties the as well connectivity and actions population. This study investigates dynamics SIR type model which accounts for human tendency to avoid infection while also maintaining preexisting, interpersonal relationships. Specifically, we use a network in individuals probabilistically deactivate connections infected later reconnect same upon recovery. To analyze this model, mean field approximation consisting system fourteen ordinary differential equations number nodes edges is developed. closed using moment closure triple links. By analyzing equations, it shown that, addition force recovery rate, probability deactivating average node degree underlying determine if epidemic occurs.

An SIR epidemic model with partial temporary immunity modeled with delay.
The SIR epidemic model for disease dynamics considers recovered individuals to be permanently immune, while the SIS epidemic model considers recovered individuals to be immediately resusceptible. We study the case of temporary immunity in an SIR-based model with delayed coupling between the susceptible and removed classes, which results in a coupled set of delay differential equations. We find ...
متن کاملTraffic-driven SIR epidemic model on networks
We propose a novel SIR epidemic model which is driven by the transmission of infection packets in networks. Specifically, infected nodes generate and deliver infection packets causing the spread of the epidemic, while recovered nodes block the delivery of infection packets, and this inhibits the epidemic spreading. The efficient routing protocol governed by a control parameter α is used in the ...
متن کاملStability on Coupling Sir Epidemic Model with Vaccination
We develop a mathematical model for the disease which can be transmitted via vector and through blood transfusion in host population. The host population is structured by the chronological age. We assume that the instantaneous death and infection rates depend on the age. Applying semigroup theory and so forth, we investigate the existence of equilibria. We also discuss local stability of steady...
متن کاملBehavior of a Discrete SIR Epidemic Model
I. Introduction Infections and infectious diseases are a great burden on many societies, including the countries. An epidemic may be described as a sudden outbreak of a disease that infects a substantial portion of the population in a region before it disappears. In the nineteenth century, recurrent waves of cholera killed millions in India. The influenza epidemic of 1918-1919 killed at least 2...
متن کاملA Delayed Sir Epidemic Model with General Incidence Rate
A delayed SIR epidemic model with a generalized incidence rate is studied. The time delay represents the incubation period. The threshold parameter, R0(τ) is obtained which determines whether the disease is extinct or not. Throughout the paper, we mainly use the technique of Lyapunov functional to establish the global stability of both the disease-free and endemic equilibrium.
